Factory piston and kips valves getting gummed up seems to be the only probems,suspension could use an upgrade but otherwise a great bulletproof trail bike.I still have parts leftover that I never used when I had my KDX hybrid because it was so reliable lol.

Exhaust arrived today took about 3 1/2 hrs to install.Very nice chrome,looks like its time for some hard bags.

Planning some mods this winter,adding new led taillight.Waiting for Freedom 4"dual exhaust to be delivered.

I shop at both but prefer dealing with GP,I can get the same prices there as Royal.GP has a servive department and sells better quality gear if you want it.Not to much selection at Royal if you want more than a jacket or helmetGP has walls of gloves,boots,jackets,heated gear...,just seems that...

Anyone know of a upholstery shop that has experience with motorcycle seats around Oshawa or Whitby,I would like to get some more comfortable foam installed on the passenger pillion.

Re: Trail tours GTAM Meet up?. All bikes at Ganaraska need to be spark arrested.They give you basic instruction and guided trails can be fast or slow depending on skill level of the riders in your group.

4stokes put down power way better than a 2stroke in soft stuff,I made it up many hills there on my wr250 4st. and you don't need to be 160lbs.Like I said you just need to be in the right gear and keep the revs up.If I get another 250 4str. ill come out and show you:)

Sounds like you need to be a gear or two lower on both bikes.By the way thats me on the kawi 200 2stroke that made up the hill no problem.

Made it up the sand hill plenty of times with you guys on my hybrid 200kdx.
