Great pic. Glad to see you got out for a ride, I did not end up going. I would have no issues with riding in those conditions either. Putting the studded ice tires on will extend my season.

That is the same one I have, it works great and haven't had any issues so far. I will let you guys know if my bike falls down on the highway though. I have not read or seen too many real life examples of them failing, can someone share if they find some.

It's good to be able to get out a few times in the winter. However, if you don't have a lake to ride whenever you feel like it, it may not worth the investment.

That is a good size for sure and would be a great meal cooking it over the campfire.

Re: CB500x ....arriving today !!!! My 2013 stock headlight is the dimmest absolute worst headlight I've seen on any vehicle. Period! I still use it because I do not ride at night much. I should upgrade it for safety reasons though.

It is always a great "event" everytime I get together to ride with friends, I am sure you feel the same when you get out. I just don't think you'll get a lot of interest in the hill climbing event since many of us can find hills to climb for free.

I have some really good advice for all of you guys. Motorcycles are dangerous, take the car instead.

I think you'd have a hard time getting people to show up for $50, $200 will guarantee the event will not happen. Unless there is prize money involved for the the winner?
