That's another thing that I'm concerned about. I have no guarantee he won't take my money and then go to insurance. The collision is already reported and I'm 100% at fault here.
I can have him sign a contract, but I'm not sure how enforceable it is.
Their estimate is not an estimate really, just a total of all the parts.
I forgot to mention that there was no estimate done on the repair costs. He showed up to the dealer with pictures and rung up all all the totals for the parts.

The estimate I posted can be zoomed in by clicking on the picture. The price quoted there is simply the total of all the parts that he listed. Labour not included.
If this was my bike, I'd want the other guy to fix everything...

I had an unfortunate incident where I tipped over someone's bike. The guy parked his bike really close to the back of my car and I did not see it in any of my mirrors.
The bike, as the topic states is a 2007 GSX-R1000.
