    2009 Ford Escape I4 4WD

My ex-wife had one for years (when we were married), it was a reliable car. They drive ok for what they are. The only problem she had with hers was a water pump and brakes. Watch the front brake flex lines are it's really common for them to crack ... seems to be more often that 'normal'

    Dust

Electronic air cleaners do a good job, as long as they're clean. As far as running the fan for a few hours a day - I haven't seen one but there should be a thermostat available with that function because most you can turn the fan on and off manually.

Front forks re alighnment on Kawi 250R

Yes, very common. Sometimes when a bike goes down the front end is knocked out of alignment. If the forks are loosened from the triples front axle they will often 'pop' back to where they are supposed to be. If the front end is tweaked like this the handle bars will be off but also the front...

Advice on buying a used RV motorhome

A leaking roof usually means that the wooden frame for the trailer/motorhome is damaged as well, this is normally a can of worms. Motorhomes are also hard on transmissions and for some reason they like to rot out trans cooler lines and brake lines faster than other vehicles (at least it seems...

If you were going to buy a "Racer5" bike.....

They were 4/5 size import motorcycles that can't be registered and you would have a very difficult time finding parts for them. To be honest, I think there's better support for Chinese pocket bikes in Canada and they may be built better.

Are house prices going to come down?

Couple that with participation awards, mandatory promotion through school and parental coddling ... the future looks bright with the perceived sense of entitlement and lack of accountability.

    att MODS

If you want the mod who made the change to respond to you the best thing to do is report a thread. Getting something buried in general isn't going to help. Report this thread and the mod that made the change should see it.

    Selling a house: SPIS forms

The purchaser can have a home inspection if they want to know the condition of the home. There are certain conditions such as known defects or if it was a grow-op that you need to disclose otherwise there's no requirement. Don't sign it. I don't even sign representation agreements. The SPIS is...
