When I was married the subject of a bike came up a few times, response was always the money could be spent more wisely elsewhere. Based on how many not so inexpensive purses and shoes she acquired over the years I'm guessing that's where she meant.
3 months after moving out I found money for a...
They charged me for "duties and customs clearance" on my own ecu that was coming back from Vcyclenut in Florida. I disputed it because there weren't any duties, and was told to get it cleared myself then come pick it up. Wasn't worth the effort and they knew it. I've never experienced that with...
This has happened to me a few times, I'm under the assumption that they probably can't park properly without another car next to them for reference.
I bet these are the same people that speed up and drive right beside you on the road.
They've been doing this forever. Back when I was in high school they used Pontiacs, I was pulled over by a Bonneville once (remember those? Aging myself here) and I recall seeing a Grand Am with four uniformed officers in it cruising around.
I've seen OPP use a brown Taurus on the side of the...
That's an XA model, new 2021 msrp is 10,799 plus freight and fees, IF you can even find a new one, dealer stock is really low on pretty much everything right now.
Works out to about 4k savings with tax for less than 1k km, I would say yes it's a great deal.
Might be a stupid question or already discussed...
Finally got my M2 exit booked for September, but am not sure if my flashy flash taillight will be allowed. I asked the person on the phone at RTI, they put me on hold and came back with a "it SHOULD be ok" but seemed unsure of themselves. To be...
I don't blame him, I remember the 2008 Toronto propane explosion. I lived about 20km away and the blast shook my house and woke me up, it was around 4 am and it was suddenly like daylight when it happened. I had a friend who lived a street over from it and it blew in her windows....I'd get as...
I'm not sure who he is here but that doesn't matter...losing a fellow rider is bad, losing a friend is worse. My heart goes out to you @Wingboy.
My sincerest condolences to his family and friends.
RIP rider.
Absolutely heartbreaking, 14 years old run over on track trying to get off after a crash.
Condolences to his family and friends. Also thinking of the rider who hit him, I can't imagine what he's going through right now.

The more I look at it the more I like it, clean build. I'm really curious about the cowl, I've never seen that before. I don't see a headlight, is it hidden in there?
I'm guessing you missed the sarcasm in my post? Was meant as joke about how far off track this thread has gone.
I think a few of the other unqualified riders here got it though.
I was told by the previous owner that my vfr was a "babe magnet". If he meant 15 year old boys asking how fast it was or if it was a good starting bike, he was spot on.
Is that a standard key, no chip or security feature? If so order a blank from the dealer and go to home hardware, they cut the blank I brought in and charged me $1 for it. Seriously, a dollar.
