Tyga isn't in the US. I think they are in Thailand....SHip it another way, not UPS. I have found that anything I buy from anywhere other than the USA, comes fast and cheap. Just american purchases have been pricey on shipping and duties

My biggest gripe about owning an LC8 twin? Oil changes are a pain if you are used to a Japanese bike. LC8 has filter and screen, two covers with seals, different sized bolts on each and differnt torque specs for them. My bike is 100% naked and it still takes way more time than a spin on oil...

The motor in my 950 SM is the same as what you are looking at- and it rocks. Never feels like it needs more....an absolute hooligan bike if there ever was one-and it sounds like Nascar right between your legs. Note- stock clutch slave will fail if not replaced by a nice billet Oberone or Evo...

Amusingly, if it's a streetbike, I would totally decide against the two you prefer. They make crappy streetbikes. The VFR is a fantastic streetbike

$4000 is a price I would give to my best friend, he would need to pay me cash and let me work on weekends around my regular work.....and it wouldn't include any materials-he would need to supply them. I do this kind of work for a living, and have for 28 yrs. Be wary.
