From my experience - when people strip / brake hardware when using a torque wrench - its usually because they do not have the feel for the tool vs. having a bad tool.
Even the cheap torque wrenches are only about 2-4% off from my experience.
The front frame mounts are stamped steel and removable.
When I Swapped that motor on Jason - Rotten ronnie's bike - his mounts were twisted.
The donor bike's mounts were perfect, so even if the front mounts need some work - it would be easy job to do that.
Have I done it - Nope.
Do I think its a bolt in - Yes!

Ah the Joys of that trailer. Its wonderful for occasional use.
The metal that holds the fenders up will crack soon if your plate bracket has cracked.
You might want to do a very close visual inspection with a light on all the joints / seems, suspension points to ensure its good.

In a modern bike , if you at a point where you hear clanking - it is too late. Now you are replacing components.
At 24K-25K if the factory manual says it needs a adjustment - 9/10 - it will need it adjusted.

1. Follow MFG guide lines, they have spent a bunch of time figuring this stuff out.
2. Valve adjustment intervals differ between motor types.
For example something archaic might be every 6-8k, more modern super sports like a GSXR platform will be at 42k. Probable a new gen cbr RR platform would...
