    Rosey Toes - Ted retiring

Are all of those bikes he's got there customer bikes? He had this beautiful Yamaha cafe racer that I would live to take for a scoot... My safety was very efficient.

    Rosey Toes - Ted retiring

Oh wow, he just did the safety on my bike when I bought it last summer. I know he's been there a long time. Good for him though, get some R&R in.

    Chain Lube

I'm on a 2017 Honda Rebel 500. Not sure what Honda recommends, but if people are liking oil, that works for me.

    Chain Lube

I'm glad someone opened lines of communication on this. I'm a new bike owner and will be doing my first oil change, air filter replacement (for maintenance, not perceived performance gains just so we're clear), and I'm new to chain maintenance also. Sounds like oil is the preferred method. My...

    M2 riding course

I got my M2 at the end of last summer and quickly bought my first bike (2017 Rebel 500). When my parents came to my house for a visit, I just casually opened my garage door and watched the mayhem. It was glorious. Like ripping off a Band-Aid, now they know...

Post up your liquor/spirit talk ?

Scotch is where it's at for me... or tequila if I'm feeling frisky. Glenlivet, Oban, Dalmore, Balvenie, etc... Monkey Shoulder is a delicious blended scotch also. Highly recommend. Cheers!

    What are you currently playing?

I barely get time to play anymore with a toddler and another one on the way (ETA June 2023), so reading through this made me jealous. When I do find some time, even an hour or 2, I play CoD MW2. Multiplayer, HC TDM mostly. Just something to zone out after a long day/ week. Sorry, nothing to...

I hear you, but being a Rebel 500, it won't be loud lol I'm just hoping to get rid of the angry sewing machine sounds.

Oh ya, I've been seeing bikes out and about on those (mildly) warmer days. My cousin has been having some car trouble, so he's been riding his 400 to work every day, while his ZX-6R awaits warmer weather.

Honestly, I don't always use my mirrors, I just keep my head on a swivel. I primarily only use my mirrors while in motion to check on spacing of the vehicles behind me. Even when I stop at a light, I tend to turn back to check the distance of the vehicles stopping behind me, though I appreciate...

I will be eliminating the entire tail light assembly and bracket and installing new tail lights on the fender mounts, hence the relocation of the plate. I'm in the north Etobicoke area.

I've got an LED light for it, which I haven't installed yet since I haven't gotten into wiring the rear lights yet.

The filter is more of a maintenance thing, I'm not expecting a performance gain. The slip on is for the sound, but it's a 500 with a parallel twin, I'm not expecting Harley growls from it. Just currently sounds like an angry sewing machine and I'd like a little more noise.

Hi there, I got my M2 in Sept of 2022 and shortly after acquired a 2017 Honda Rebel 500. It's my first bike and I've got a lot to learn, but I'm loving it so far. I've tinkered a bit with it and I've got some more parts to install but I haven't found the time. So far I've done grips, levers...
