I commute all the time with my backpack, my dayhiker backpack sits too high and interferes with the back of my helmet. Find a cheap simple one without too many straps that will be flapping in the breaze.
my two cents
I would include a reading list....something to do on a cold winters night while anticipating the next riding season. Twist of the Wrist Volumes 1 and 2 are excellent books. These are written by Keth Code. You can find them online I believe.
Does anyone have experience changing thier own tires using a manual tire changer? I see them on ebay for about $200...I go through track and street tires regularly and so doing the job yourself would be most convenient.
thanks in advance for any experience....
Take hiway 35 north, it starts getting more fun around Carnarvon and Dorset. If you have the time take the 118 to Baysville from dorset and then take the back road (Brunel) to Huntsville.
