Business space is not a public space. The owner or manager has the right to ask anything he/she wants within the legal limit. When I visit other people's house, I respect the owner's rules and follow. I don't act like a jackass and be rude. This applies to when I go to a store.

Cardo is your friend. I have no issues with my Packtalk Bold. Also, having voice commands made my life easier when I'm on a hwy. Even with my earplugs, I can hear music and talk without any issues.

I would still buy a KTM than HD even with reliability issue. Although, IMO, KTM Adventure 790 is one of the ugliest looking bikes I have ever seen.
