Again maybe it's just hard to tell in the video but it looks like he didn't hit the brakes until the PT was right in front of him. If that's the case then no psychic powers would be required. Could/should have been hard on the brakes if they had noticed the sideways/backwards car two lanes over.

Not in those cases. They floored it, as if the horn woke them up and they realized they were being stupid.

Just watched again. Air bags deployed in the BMW and lots of front end damage. A few times I've been behind a rubbernecker that brakes and slows down significantly when the driver in front of them doesn't. It's frustrating. I use lots of horn. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
