    Phone woes

For what it's worth, I'm still rocking samsung galaxy s7. It was flagship back then. I think I got it few months after its release, fall of 2016? I did replace battery and motherboard myself last year and that cost about 100 bucks. I do want a new phone but my Koodo plan is pretty good so...

The Reasonably Priced Used Motorcycles for Sale Thread

I sold my 2011 Cbr600rr for 7500 back in 2014, with front/back stands and a jacket (some mods, 1 season old tire, 20k km). It was around 11k new. That's a reasonable, if not amazing price. I probably could've asked for more but I priced it to be attractive compared to other postings. IMO...

Will the next "hit the fan" moment involve boomers?

Interesting thread... Myself being a millennial, I understand OP. What makes me feel a little better is that we'll also come across opportunities that we can take advantage of that may have been caused by older generations. And when we do, we'll justify that it's the best course of action for...

Lapse in continuous insurance - how does it affect rates?

I found them expensive for what they are. Non modded earlier generation ones should be worth no more than 2k Imo.

Lapse in continuous insurance - how does it affect rates?

I thought about that. Not riding as much as I'd like since my kid was born. At one point I thought about replacing with a 125cc for cheap insurance coverage and once in a while ride. I hear groms are fun.

    Braided Stainless brake lines.

Is the instruction shareable? No one seems to make a kit for my bike (abs gladius) and it's something I'd like to tackle some day.

    Coronavirus

Yeah, please provide an official source. I highly doubt that until I see it. People around me keep saying this, saying they heard it from someone, from the internet, etc. But I will only believe it if I see it from an official source.

Post up PICS of members bikes?

Dang, I guess age doesn't really matter much. Thought 1gen was pretty old enough to warrant less insurance.

Post up PICS of members bikes?

Very nice. How did insurance change from versys? Drop or about the same?

    Coronavirus

Here, also an elder millennial agreeing. Though, on the note of renting, I wouldn't necessarily call it throwing money away. You can be disciplined and investing/saving the difference you would be paying in mortgage. Other side is what I see a lot of people do, which is buying more things and...

If you could have one bike...

Yup, amazon Canada and came with dB killer. If you wanna go cheap, danmoto has sale going on right now. Check their website. Some people say they're crap and I've had no personal experience. But it was a brand I considered. I've never had a tail tidy in my previous 3 bikes and this was first...

    Coronavirus

What do you actually do when they bring in parents to the interview room? Do you even bother? If I were in that situation, I'd probably just tell them to get out. But then again, I'd already have an allotted time scheduled for it so maybe jerk them around a bit? Idk, never had that experience.

I'd say finish s2. There aren't that many episodes. Haven't started s3 yet but excited when I get to start watching it.

Enough of COVID...what are you doing to the house?

If you didn't know before your experience, lots of different kinds. It's like saying 1 mechanic does everything from bicycle to heavy machinery, or 1 IT professional does everything from setting up PC to network analysis. There may be generalized principles and theories that they learned at...
