Yeah, I looked on Amazon and I was shocked to find that the paperback is priced at $96. I could have sworn she was selling this book for $11.95 at one of the bike shows a while back.

I have not done anything yet. I have a friend in Buffalo and I want to "sell" my bike to him and then go get it. It's not that easy to fly to Buffalo from YYZ as you have to connect in Washington D.C. or elsewhere and the cost and time is great.

I'm in downtown Toronto. I need to do a quick grind to remove the old chain and then put the new DID on. I have the chain and the connector link but it is the rivet variety and not the clip type so I need to crush the ends to a mushroom cap using the chain tool.
