I was under the impression the whole cop not showing up to court so the tickets beat is no longer a thing. The crown prosecutor can go ahead with his notes and disclosure and can continue the court case on his own without the actual officer in question. Obviously in a case that needs a lot more...
Hope you get it, I hope to get one in the next 2 years or so. I've heard the riding stance isn't as aggressive, bars are higher and closer so you're not reaching as much. It was mocked pretty hard at the reveal but after people have had the chance to ride the bike its had a lot of praise.
Some...
My old Busa (2000) which I still have for memorabilia has a heli bar on it, raising the bars a good 3-4 inches. Night and day on the bike. You can comfortably ride it all day coupled with a nice Corbin gel seat. With my new one I actually forgot how aggressive the stock stance is on it. Agreed...
Probably not the bike you're looking for at all, but the Hayabusa won the Iron Butt challenge this year.

Pretty comfortable and sporty ride with a lot of custom modifications. Just cant offroad very good lol.
And as it's been said before, this just provokes more riders to run from the police. You make penalties steeper yet easier to get hammered by them - why the hell is anyone going to stop and face the roadside Judge Dredd.
Might be confidence for some people. They feel better about leaning the bike over further if they have a super sport tire instead of a touring or dual compound tire. I don't mind paying money for something stickier just for the small peace of mind it offers.
Thanks for the advice everyone. Finally got around to testing the psi. According to Dunlop for a Hayabusa 42 psi is recommended for both front and back. I checked my back tire and I was sitting at 30 psi and only 25 psi at the front. Pretty surprising I didnt check earlier but have just been so...
Thought the same when I got home from the ride. At work now but I'm going to check that tomorrow.
Good reviews above, thanks guys. I've heard from other riders they are amazing. I ride quite spirited but havent had the confidence to really lay it over yet with these on due to the weird issues...
Wondering if anyone has any other firsthand experience with these tyres and what they think of them. I have 800kms on mine so far, but every single ride it's a coin flip to how well they work for me. More than anything they just seem to be a little wobbly or slide around at the rear. Other times...
This happened to me this year. Was quoted by the broker $890 for the year, gave VIN and everything. Signed all the documents, had a temp pink slip, bought and registered the bike - all good. Get an email a few days later that the broker double checked with the insurance company I was quoted and...
The Sikhs riders lobbied and got it changed in BC first which became the precedent in Canada. Anyone that's been or lived in BC knows its predominantly Sikhs living their now anyhow.
One of their biggest claims was that they wore turbans during World Wars and they were proficient in stopping...
For what you're looking to pay for in insurance it would make more sense to buy a newer more reliable bike. Like it's been stated parts can be hard to find and who knows how many hands this bike has been through and what its maintenance history is like. I'd spend the extra bit of money to get...
My old 2006 Honda CBR 600RR. I've ridden 600cc bikes from all the major jap brands but this Honda blew me away. Tons of power, amazing weight to power ratio, and was able to tear up any corner with so much confidence. Never had a single tire slip, and I loved the undertail exhaust setup.
It will, but the bike weighs so little it just doesnt feel comfortable being on a highway. I personally feel the most dangerous place you can be on a motorcycle is in traffic. I like to be fast enough to constantly be a bit ahead with some middle ground. Whenever I'm on a bike where vehicles are...
