My expirence with Duke of Cycle was not a good one. I would not recommend them.

Get the 1100, hands down. I bought my 1100 in 2017 and kept my 2012 (1000cc) until 2019 (I owned both bikes for 2 years). The 1100 is much, much faster in the real world and the brakes are noticeably better. You also get cruse control, that I love, and much better APRC electronics.

No issues at all. My wife had been riding motorcycles 600cc+ for a few years when I got her a 125cc Aprilia scooter, it took her 10 min to get use to it.

Buy new, if you can, specially a SS. Those type of bikes tend to be abused and you don't want to be stuck with the ware and tare caused by the previous owner. Since I got my license in 2005, my wife and I have purchased 13 bikes, 7 of them being new bikes, no regrets.

Not the same, most motorcross bikes don't even come with warranty. their street bikes are amazing and when it comes to reliability, not issues here.

While putting my bike away, An Ikea glass cabinet that holds my helmets fell over and chipped my tank in several spots. I am surprised the glass didn't break. I am looking a place that can repaint the tank. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
