Yea I used simple green last night to clean my chain and I was surprised how well it worked. Equally as good as kerosene smells better. I usually use kerosene but just wanted to see how well the simple green would do. $2 a bottle at dollarama

Pb blaster for rusty s*** always works wonders

Couple small whacks would probably do it just stuff the hole if you’re worried, or try to get a pry bar in there. Penetrating oil will definitely help

Stuff the engine hole with a clean rag or something

Get some pb blaster on there and see if you can wedge a flathead or a small prybar in between the pipe end that’s broken and the engine flange where the pipe mates to

The rusty ring around the exhaust port is part of the header?

Is that whole flange end of the header pipe rusted off?

Can you get a pair of vice grips on it? Soak the area with some pb blaster and try to wiggle it? I can’t really tell what piece broke off
