Mine is a ytx9-bs, definitely starts a hell of a lot easier now. The real fun part is removing four body panels so you can access the seat bolts :P I put tender leads permanently on this battery ran up under the pillion seat
Thats probably why my ninja would stall when blipping the throttle. No juice to the fuel pump. Thats why I was thinking I had an electrical problem. Usually only happened immediately after starting it. When the battery was probably low. And I just replaced the battery now too.
Can you upload a video of it idling and try to replicate the stall at idle? Try to figure out what will make it stall when it’s just idling and get it on video

Ok that’s good, the vulcans yea you can just prime the carbs (there is a PRI setting on the fuel petcock) and they fire right back up. Was a flaw in all of them, replacing the gas cap wouldn’t change anything
Id also check your radiator coolant level and the coolant level in your reservoir, 104 seems high but I don’t know that bike. Should be a quick easy check though
Boyoboy is probably right air bubble at master cylinder end of the brake hose. Bleed the banjo bolt at the top. Same procedure pump pump pump crack the banjo bolt loose at the top of the line until it starts to sound like you’re opening a pop bottle
Ah the Vulcan 500. Bulletproof ex500 engine in those. Those bikes also had an issue where they would stall out because the gas cap wouldn’t vent properly and they would get starved of gas. Did that ever happen to you on that one as well? Lol
I had a kickstand that had a loose spring and it would fall a little too much and kill the engine and also have had a dirty kickstand switch that would kill the engine on take off, I’m with grey look at your stand switch and stand spring
