Budget is flexible... I'm not trying to spend thousands out the gate since I'm just getting started. If I do decide that this is something I want to keep doing, I have no problem spending the money. I always prefer quality over cost so I don't mind starting with a decent camera and collect...

Makes sense. I do recommend that you take the car for a second safety inspection to make sure the seller or the mechanic who certified it didn't "miss" anything. We just sold a 2006 EX-L w/ 150K for $10K as-is. You definitely did well!
