In the event of a claim, can the insurance company (or the police for that matter) use the data collected in the app to help piece together the accident details?
Second for Kerosene - not too aggressive that you have to worry about seals (except brakes) and doesn't permit microbial growth like Varsol once contaminated. Flammable, yes, but not to the degree of most automotive solvents.
Tastefully done, IMO. Look for signs damage to mounts. most used VFR's are higher mileage due to their intended purpose, and therefore not generally without some signs of wear. If no signs of damage, look that it was properly maintained. Good luck!
