    Daily sports car?

Do you have experience with their reliability? I checked many times 911s, boxsters and so on, but kind of scary to buy one because it sounds like if it will break then it will require a huge amount of money (especially if it will be occasionally used on a track). For $40k it would be 2005-2007...

New Riders Needs Advice on M1 Exit Road Test

You know, if you were considering getting insurance for 8k then maybe just buy some 300 (e.g. ninja) for 4k, insurance for 3k and you will save 1k! Plus, you will be able to sell your bike and get back another ~3k in a couple years..

    Daily sports car?

I'm not sure about the fun factor.. I always recommend to rent/try it before buying it. It is an amazing car on a race track and autox.. but I can't say that it puts a smile on my face.. There are so many differences between FWD, RWD, AWD.. e.g. on RWD (with good power) you can easily spin the...

    Daily sports car?

Btw, my Mustang GT didn't fail me even once during last winter. Even when there were some snow storms and I had to dig some snow in order to open the door, I still was able to get home from the office.. and I was smiling all the time.. And the trunk space will surprise you! For example, I...

    Daily sports car?

I have a 2017 GT and no issues at all! Yeah, as you said, GTI/Golf R are very very good cars. But if someone wants pure joy and emotions then I would personally look into other cars..

    Daily sports car?

I had a very similar situation last year. I'm coming from AWD sport cars background (including race track experience) and I wanted something RWD.. almost bought a 370z but then decided to get a Mustang GT... and I freaking LOVE this car! It was the most fun winter I ever had! Yes, my prev...

New Riders Needs Advice on M1 Exit Road Test

What a fun discussion here! @YammieR616, you might want to complete the M1X training course first. M1X training certificate was the only option how I was able to get a reasonable rate with M1 licence when I've started. But I started with sport touring, so your case can be very different. Also...

Any car guys hiding in here? Movie trailer

Can't say that I'm a fan of Ford but Carroll Shelby was an astonishing person. And yeah, I'm looking forward to this movie!

Good Deal on Affordable Android Phone

Lineage is an amazing project! I used only CyanogenMod and it still amazes me how much efforts invested into these projects. OnePlus were nice phones but now they are so expensive! It's sad that we can't buy Xiaomi phones from retail locations or amazon (for reasonable $$)..

Good Deal on Affordable Android Phone

It's a nice phone, especially for the price (looks like right now you can get it for 286 CAD + shipping). However, it's an older phone (released in 2017) and I'm not sure that you will receive many updates in the future. Hope you will like MIUI ; ) I have Huawei and their EMUI sometimes a little...

    Group ride

Doing a burnout in front of another car is really bad idea.. pieces of rubber, small stones and other stuff can fly into a windshield and then someone can get very upset..

    North York Riders, Let's RIDE...

If you don't have much experience, I would not recommend to ride in big groups of experienced riders right away.. It can be pretty difficult to learn riding and keep up with others (especially if the group rides curves).. Try to ride solo or with 1-2 other riders at the beginning for some time...

Soon to be New Rider! I Have Some Questions

    > 1. Passport I believe I had only just 2 different IDs on me (no passport) but it might changed.. better call them and ask > 2. Insurance Yeah, it is bad for new riders. Make sure to secure it before buying a bike. And don't forget that online quote is not accurate. You need to call to...

    Hello! Intro + Some Questions

I would say it depends on the person. M1 Exit will provide a pretty good idea about shifting and other basic techniques. I had 0 experience before my M1X and it gave me good enough base to start riding.. at the same time, I know a few stories where riders with dirt bike experience got into...
