    Nanny state

Its likely not going to reduce your premiums but simply increase them if the data suggests your "risky". Have a co-worker who did a trial last year with a device. Drove like a grandmother for 8 months. In the end little to no savings. Accelerate and brake at a snails pace to save ~$75 a year...

Woke Toronto star "Journalist" tries to cancel a restaurant.

Thats another glaring double standard in our society. Men who enjoy womans bodies = disgusting perverts. Woman who enjoy mens bodies = empowered. Buff firefighters can go on the Oprah show and have the women fondle their pecs, imagine the outrage if swimsuit models went on a show and the male...

Woke Toronto star "Journalist" tries to cancel a restaurant.

Almost.... You can do that... as long as your not white. When white people do it, its theft or cultural appropriation. When non-whites do it, its cultural appreciation.

Woke Toronto star "Journalist" tries to cancel a restaurant.

The irony is she has: English name Lives in a democracy invented by a different culture Eats food invented by a different culture Wears fashion of a different culture Drives a car invented by a different culture Lives in homes developed from techniques and engineering by a different culture. I...

    Licence plate sticker expired ?

I believe its legal too. There have been some vehicles sold in this country which place the plate off to the side. The first car I ever drove was a Pontiac Sunbird and from what I can tell the whole generation of them came with plates off to the side.

Woke Toronto star "Journalist" tries to cancel a restaurant.

I could find an example of almost anything if I looked hard enough. This is 98% a left-wing thing. Couple of weeks ago Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez avocated for a public list of prominent Trump supporters so she could have them cancelled at some time in the future.

Woke Toronto star "Journalist" tries to cancel a restaurant.

Article in the national post about this: https://nationalpost.com/opinion/jonathan-kay-ill-miss-taste-of-the-danforth-but-not-the-woke-lectures-on-cultural-appropriation Check out her twitter. Woman is a racist, bigoted moron. Perfect example of a young little snowflake who thinks she can...

    Licence plate sticker expired ?

If you look at the tweet, an August 1990 tag can be seen.

    Licence plate sticker expired ?

Exactly, typical trash journalism. They make it seem like the guy has been driving around for decades with an expired sticker. The more likely explanation is the vehicle is vintage/classic and was rarely driven or not driven at all for many years.

    No more R6 ?

I dont think so. How many RZ350s were ever produced vs the total of 600cc SS? The RZ is unique in thats its 2-stroke, that's the draw. There will never be any 2-stroke bikes sold here ever again and there hasnt been for awhile.

    Motorcyclist vs Cyclist in Toronto.

Rider needs to ride more defensively but cyclist is an idiot who thinks he owns the road. Smashes through red light Switches lanes like they arent even there. Doesnt signal or even check before switching lanes.

Profiled for not the color of skin but vehicle you choose to drive - this is not OK

Cop should probably be fired. Its one thing to screw up, its another thing to throw someone and their bike to the ground out of nowhere. Could have caused a serious injury. Offered to pay a few bucks after he sees dudes camera lol

"In 1985, the average home price was $109,094 according to the Toronto Real Estate Board" In 2000 for Vaughan, average detached $280K average freehold town $180K. Cant find the data for for anything 1985 https://vaughan.listing.ca/real-estate-price-history.htm

The average freehold Toronto home in 1985 was $120K. Today its $1m. Run the numbers with those figures. 20% down since thats the standard. $24K downpayment is 8 months worth of a 1985 salary. $200K downpayment is 42 months worth of a current median salary. So yes the carrying costs might be...

Nice of you to cherry pick numbers to make your argument look stronger. Why pick 13.333% down payment for 1985 and 7.5% downpayment for today. You pick the absolute lowest rate for current mortgages (Covid rates) Easier to get into the game in 1985 when the average person lived at home and...

So in conclusion. More young people work today than in 1990. New graduates make slightly less money but inflation adjusted housing is over double what it was back then. Sure looks like its easier to buy now........

It isnt a nice story. This has been debated on here long enough and you simply wont acknowledge that you are wrong. Young people 35 years ago were less educated, didnt work side hustles to the extent that they do today. They didnt have to compete with money launderers from China for real...
