It sounds like a really great ride. Be careful on the 504, I was on it a few weeks ago and there was lots of sand in some of the corners. Might be clean by now, not sure. Also the part of 504 near hwy 620 is closed, there is a detour but it's gravel.

If you're buying used you're kinda limited to what you can find. You could check Regear in Oshawa. I'd sell you my old fieldsheer textile jacket real cheap but it's a L. For my next jacket I'm getting one where the waterproofing is built into the shell rather than the kind with the inner liner.

Yeah I'm curious to see what comes of this. It's surprising realtors were able to get away with this for so long. The article mentions they do things much more fairly in the UK and Australia.
