It’s easy to be critical of the current government. You can even be good at it and resonate with the public or at least the voting base of your political stripe. It’s a different ball of wax to actual have policy and strategies that benefit the people and country.
I think PP would be a great...
I know this thread originated from EV mandates and try to avoid hijacking but, I try to keep an open mind.
I don’t subscribe to the default that climate change is the end of the world. The bad gets the headlines as fear is a strong motivator.
I think this video provides a little more...
This is my neighbour’s run about. And yes, drives it in the winter. Does take the wife’s car if the roads are crap but, here in Niagara he can get away with driving mostly year round. He oils it for rust protection and 3 on the tree is theft protection. 😂
There is a lot of grey here but, it does expose some concerns to have with EV ownership, dealerships and how they are navigating battery replacement and warranty.
I’ve seen enough “customer states” videos with severe damage that is obvious of neglect. Scrapes on the protective shield would be...
I’d scope out an R3 for track only tomfoolery. Lots of aftermarket support and just a fun machine to spend time on. Patience during the winter months to find the right one that is budget minded for the assignment. The Kawi/ Honda variants in the 250/300/400 all will bring smiles for miles at...
I think the forum is well moderated. Things have a way of going off topic or going beyond the initial post, the move to trash makes sense.
I don‘t see it censoring as much as moderating.
Thread revival. Anyone into winter riding? Namely Fat Tire bikes? I picked up a Northrock a few seasons ago and enjoy it for snow, trail and beach riding. Swap out the tires for studs when the ice forms. Brakes are mechanical but, never going fast enough to worry. I could probably walk...
The market does have better selection/options now compared to when this thread started.
More EV and Hybrid. There will definitely be some turds along the way. Glad I’m not an early adopter.
I do hope the respective governments get their acts together to plan and build for this evolving...
Still follow this thread out of interest in electric vehicles. No compelling reason to switch what we have to take on the benefits of an EV.
I do like the thought of plugging in at home and the cost of electricity vs the fluctuation of prices at the pump.
We have a Forester that tows our...
Thanks Mike. My reply states the processor manages the process. However, only the back end of things. Consumer still has to go through their bank to file a dispute. Not sure why I had to point out the processor element. Apologies as your post really didn’t need my input.
Cheers!
Point two, it’s actually the payment processor that manages the charge back. As long as the charge back fits the criteria, the charge is reversed from the issuing bank card that was used.
The payment processor is the company on the hook when they cannot access the funds from the retailer...
Repsol Honda for the visual win. Or Gixxer with white rims and extra stickers for more HP.
Nothing really makes one a clear stand out. So find a clean example that hasn’t been beat to death at a reasonable cost and enjoy the sound of its exhaust this winter and pick up matching gear over the...
