I used to commute on bike from Milton to downtown (via qew) and then for a short while from Milton to Scarborough (via 401) Absolutely not worth it. Gave me more stress than clearing head. All I was doing was adding miles on the odo and wrinkles on my face. Lolz Now I only ride on weekends ...

I have bought and sold plenty of bikes on Kijiji/FB without safety. ( I haven't kept a bike longer than 2 seasons) Ofcourse the buyer can get it registered and plated without safety. Buyer can get it plated as unfit and pay 10$ extra to get a temp sticker which gives him 10 days to get it...
