    taste great, I like to mix butter with a bit of brown sugar and cinnamon for some additional flavours, but you could also just throw them on the grill and enjoy, just dont keep them there long

    Chianti is not really a true representation of Italian wines, you should try Barolo or Barbaresco, Ripaso is also nice if you dont want to spend $$ on Amarone but like the taste of it. I really like Italian wines, but have yet to drink a Chianti I liked

    new to track orientation fee is worth every penny at Bogie, I think they spend 3 sessions with you in the morning

    most Bogie weekends are sold out so its unlikely that you will be able to jump from group to group, also if im not mistaken the new to track orientation is mandatory if its your first time at Bogie regardless of riding level. enjoy the track, it will probably ruin all other Ontario tracks for you.
