there is no easy solution unfortunately.
- Chip out the floor and pour new ($$$$$)
- Pour bonded concrete topping ($$$$)
- Build up with cement based leveling product to create proper slope ($$$)
its not best practice. but water stops at the valve when its shut not at the head so no real potential for a disaster.

if you have good communication and management skills then a superintendent is very in demand and most my guys are over $120k before bonuses.
I would recommend staying away from the union, especially if you want to eventually have your own business
basement bathroom demoed and framed to accept a dry sauna, old bathroom fan is ducted with a plastic dryer flex duct and secured with actual duct tape...SMH
In my experience it's harder to go fast on a trackday than in a race, something about the starting grind and knowing there's a flag at the end makes you push a little harder and gives a little more motivation that is not there on a track day.
