Its find it annoying but you have to remember that the folks at any brokerage or insurance company that handle these kinds of changes DO NOT RIDE motorcycles (not even close). They are also trained almost like robots to take your instructions word for word, they do not interpret or guess what...

personally I'm not a fan of the online quoter for a bunch of reasons, better if you speak to a broker in the office and they can show you confirmed rates and other options. It might have shown you the two options that worked for YOUR bike, experience, address, etc.

Technically you can do it every day lol. But don't do that, the folks making the changes will hate you for it and catch on to the little "game". Probably best if you decide on one or two bikes you will be riding for the next 1-2 months and then switch accordingly, but again you can change it...

It will be tough due to your age no matter what you end up buying but new rider rates definitely favor smaller bikes. I wouldnt go higher than a 300cc until you get older.... unless you have deep deep pockets.

As long as you have one bike insured "normally" there is a way to remove the liability portion on bike #2, leaving it with just fire & theft coverage
