I bought trail running shoes a month ago.... That's as far as my running journey has gone so far lol. Maybe I'll give it a go Wednesday after work.
Any tips for newbies? I plan on carrying a water bottle the whole time, or I have a camel back. I just don't want to get thirsty
No info on Fonts, but at 5'11" I understand your wife's predicament. I used a mens 54 Dianese suit for years as it was the closest fitting thing off the rack. Now that I have custom it's so much better. I can focus on riding, not on how much the suit squishes my chest (which is not large) making...
Kyle tears everything apart and is generally pretty handy, so he's cool with doing this. This was my first time and honestly a lot of it was holding the flashlight and just having him teach me the ways.
My goal is to learn a bit more on the wrenching side, but that is more his shitck for our...
Similar to above, swapped out a bunch of shims, got her all but back together last night.
Still have some more work left to do before the season starts.
We post most of our bike stuff on IG and FB.

Was talking with Newman about this, is your slipper a stock one or an aftermarket like yoyodyne?
If it's stock, then you probably don't want to be banging gears like I said earlier.
I sometimes go 6th to 3rd depending on the layout. Pull in the clutch, click down twice, let the clutch lever out and the slipper works it's magic. Obivously I'm on the brakes at the same time so the speed should match the gear.
If I drop 3 gears the rear tends to get a bit more squirrelly.
I don't recommend watching Road the night before you're supposed to race. A bunch of us watched it trackside projected on to the side of a trailer, definitely has the opposite effect of motivating you to go faster and push the next day.
I wouldn't mind having the option to pay for services quicker. I went to my doc over a month ago, and the earliest ultrasound I was scheduled for is end of June. I really would like to have some answers sooner rather than later in case things get worse.
Kyle and I rode all last year in their pants and jackets. I really like that their pants aren't bulky.
I'm not pro at video reviews, but here's a video I filmed of all the product we got to test out. This was filmed at the beginning of the season but we did do a lot more riding with it as the...
I'm North of the GTA, but for that money I'll ride down. Going to apply this weekend.
Might lie about how often I go to timmies though, I also don't drink coffee lol
Our station jumped 20 cents in 24 hours. Started the morning yesterday at 152.9, was 159.9 at lunch, 165.9 after work and this morning 172.9. It's likely still the same fuel that's been in the ground all week. Ugh
It won't change our driving habits as I have a short commute (5km) and Kyle has a work car/gas card. The only part that will really suck is our gas for racing will be way higher since we run premium in the bikes and will be racing more classes this year. I kept track of all our expenses for...
