VW Golf All-track. Come in Manual, 4WD, and will tow. However like above, I would spring for an Ecoboost F150, that is the right tool for the job, not sure why you want to tow with a manual car.

Depends what you want to do with the bike and your off-road skills. Not to be biased, though for that price, I would (and did) get a new 2021 T7, with change to spare for add ons. I went to an ADV camp this summer, and 3 riders, 2 with a 1090 and one a 1190 test rode my T7, they all got back on...

I had an SV650N as my first bike, it took ages to find an original naked one, not molested and in like new condition. I did go all the way to Kingston for it, after over a year and 15k kms... I sold it for more than I paid, the new owner even paid for whatever service it needed before the sale...

lol, I think we are mixing quality and reliability. A Ferrari or Aston Martin is quality, neither would be a reliable daily driver. I don't agree with that article on quality being the same, or equaling reliability, too many variables in the two from finishes to materials, and parts longevity...
