Longer weights session yesterday
Skipped swimming so the wife could go shopping so this means i feel like $hit and have to do a lighter weight session today
Yesterday got on the bike for about 140km (to aurora and back) the whole time i was at the event there, i had a slight chill to my core. Didnt fully leave before i had to go back on the bike 2 hours later
And by then the sun was going down.... i felt "cold" for about 2-3 hours after ugh...
Biked in to work today, it was GORGEOUS
Had to mentally psych myself into doing it (that starts the night before lol) but i dont regret it! Colours peeking through at sunrise... just *chefs kiss *

Just started a new program MAPS Anabolic it's about 3 months long... 2 big workout days and optional 5 days of smaller/lighter sessions (2-3x 10 minutes) on the other days for the first 2 months and 3rd month adds a 3rd big workout day
We'll see how the body responds...i've become pretty weak lol

Still mildly suffering from the spartan, i didnt hurt at all the day after (other than normal soreness) but 2nd day onward my foot has been very very sad lol
