I can't get into this race with these new style boats. I miss seeing everyone running around the boat doing things. I enjoyed watching that. I'm sure they're doing things in those little cubbies but I'm just finding it boring.
Picked up a used Specialized Pitch for cheap on Marketplace for my wife to chase the kids on but the front hub bearings are needing replacement? Is that something I can do myself or are special bicycle tools required? Hubs are Specialized Stout.
Thanks all. I think I’ll stay with an electric one so it’s not one more thing to manually change the oil in. As I mostly use it to wash the house, deck , cars, bikes I think a $300ish budget will be fine. Time to check sales on Simonize.
Does anyone have a pressure washer they’d recommend? I have this one and it’s starting to only work when it feels like it. Lasted 7yrs now with light use and the 1800psi has been strong enough for most jobs I’ve needed it for.
Yup the amount of my friends that message me complaining about their bikes handling and they still haven't bothered to set their sag even though I've told them 3 times to do that.
Times that by the amount of people that poo-poo a bike on the internet because it didn't hold a line, turned slow...
I’ve read it can get less potent with age. Poison Ivy can be tough and requires a stronger dose. I hit mine with Killex concentrated alone and although it wilted it was fine after a couple weeks.
With my recent mix I did part of the area 2 months ago and the rest a month ago. It all still looks...
Roundup Super Concentrate (not the Ontario “soap” version, the real 356g/l glypho version) and Killex Concentrate (again not the Ontario stuff, use the real 2,4D version).
I doubled the 2.5oz per gal Roundup ratio and added some Killex that I already had for good measure.
Another vote here for the Vstrom 650. Enough power to not be boring, and enough cheap parts available to turn it into whatever you want. Plus the option to throw some adv tires on it to go exploring.
This is week 3 of no weights. I don’t take many weeks off and it’s been a couple years since I took a week off so it was time. Been doing rucking with 35lbs on my back 2-3 times per week as more of a cardio workout.
KTM 250 and 300 make the same peak HP, the 300 just makes it lower. Some prefer the 250 saying it’s a bit more quicker revving so more playful, others prefer the more tractor-like 300. I prefer the 300.
My friends with modern (2017+) KTM/Husky/Gas 2T’s are doing topends in the 200-300hr range...
I think there was a phone thread a while back but this one is the only one I found on a quick search.
We’re looking for a new plan as our old Bell one is overpriced for what’s out there now. Can’t use Rogers as there’s no service reception in my area. Quick look around and Telus has better...
I didn’t find a seam or a screw on the back of the tap. Still haven’t figured out to tighten it. I can pull it up this much though but can’t see anything in that gap.
I’m in the same boat as you after the kiddos swam at our cousins last weekend. The kiddy pool just isn’t going to cut it now. You should install that one then come help do one at my place after learning how it’s done :)
