Fair enough. I always try to recommend DL650 as a starter bike, but some people don't listen [emoji16]. Cheap, reliable, fast enough for most, great commuter / touring bike, super easy to resale. Maybe your friend should look at that bike as well.

I don't get these Sportster wanabies bikes. You should advice your friend to get something else.

You will drive there to see the bike, but later pay someone to bring it home? It makes so much sense my tiny melon doesn't get it.

Don't try this at home, but not too many people know about this legal loophole in Ontario Highway Traffic Act:

Yes, it was real. I was in contact with the seller, but late to the party. He emailed me this morning that bike was sold and picked up. Took some screen shots of the ad, so others believe me [emoji16].

Red sport bike on the side in the middle of that intersection. No other details, my daughter saw it on the way home. Roads are still cold for optimal traction, lots of salt/sand, so be careful out there. We are still in February.
Yea, but you are loosing close to 20" by using that front wheel stand. The end plate on the supplied wheel choke is adjustable and holds the bike pretty good. I had on this lift GS1100, Vstrom 650, GSX1100-F and they fit just fine with some room to spare under back wheel.

Great lift if your garage space is limited, works great for my GS and Katana. Note that they don't come with anchoring points as pictured.

My best deals were posted without pictures, some older folks have hard time posting ads, but they are original owners of some nice '80s bikes [emoji16]
