Thanks for the input. Gives food for thought. @Lightcycle , fortunately my experience on more mature resorts has been the opposite. We have been lucky I guess. Mostly we have chose Riu properties and have enjoyed each of them to the point that we would go back to any of them.

I was going to just turn around and catch up to you, then wondered about the coincidence and went to the tag spot anyway. I tried to catch up after but you had to have been several minutes ahead by then. I'm sure we'll cross paths again. I agree, the wind was particularly unpleasant today.
