I have in the past cut out the connector and just hard wired (soldered) the connections. Then just hope that doesn't need to come apart again while you own it.

Unclip the individual connectors from the plastic and clip them separately into the mating half. You unclip them using a small plain blade screwdriver.

If connectors are quite dirty/corroded they sometimes will overheat.

If they go on strike I might not even notice. I wish more management would have the balls of Ronny Raygun when he dealt with ATCs all those years ago.

I'm never in a rush and I actually really like the look and feel of paper maps.

Something about a Sporty with a dual seat just looks off. I'd want a solo seat, no bags and that ridicuosly small peanut tank. A bike with a small tank makes no sense - except on the sporty.

Same here. I like to ride with my visor up all the time. It only comes down for speeds above the ton, HARD rain, and when it's 5C or less.

Like most in town I go to the PO to pick up mail. Once a week is fine. How much could be saved by eliminating door to door and only delivery 3x per week. A lot of posties would be looking for work.
