    2024 Honda 650s

As someone who has commuted for an hour each way in downtown traffic, I'd say an e-clutch is infinitely more beneficial than almost any other tech advances Honda has come out with in the past.

Time for a new ride... (ideas welcome!)

Just ran a quote for myself on my SMT and it came to $1068, or $331 more than Desjardins. I do have home, umbrella liability, and multiple auto with them, though.

Everything's more fun when it's someone else's money (especially Vegas, but that's another story).

    Quick Google says 13.5L tank. Let's say the pump can only suck up the first 13: 200 km / 11L used = 18 km/L x 2L remaining = 36 km = 236 km total range 200 km / 10L used = 20 km/L x 3L remaining = 60 km = 260 km total range

How about a KTM 990 SMT? Meets all your requirements and includes removable side bags for light touring. 998cc motor has good torque for street riding, and is by all accounts bulletproof and easy to work on. My insurance with Desjardins is $830/yr with comprehensive, no collision, 300k liability...

Anatomy of a crash: ‘We just happened to be on motorcycles’

And this is the idiocy - trying to stop people who don't follow rules by adding more rules. My neighborhood complained about people occasionally speeding as they went to/from the nestled park. City reduced the speed limit and added stop signs at 2 intersections. Now the speeders either blow...

    Sending money to USA??

I bought a bike from Texas in 2016 without stepping foot in the state. A friend a few hours away offered to bring it up with him since he was coming up later in the year anyway. My friend arrived, inspected, and called me confirming all looked good. He passed the phone to the seller and I...

    EBC brakes

Not a fan of EBC after using the Green Stuff on one of my cars and the Double H on my 998. OEM was way better in both cases for initial cold bite and feel. I don't know how the OEM 2007 CBR1000RR pads are, but my front end came with Vesrah VD-JL's and I love them and can't bring myself to try...
