This might sound silly... But you already have the car why not just get a truck and drive it only when you need to do truck stuff? I understand there is a lot more to it than that, but just tossing the idea out there as part of your research..

Again, no one asked for paperwork, we felt something in writing would protect us both. I don't currently have any concerns with this person, but since they live next door we both want to ensure we don't need to build a high fence between us in the future.. LOL Everything thing we are discussing...

I like the looks, but agree some styling is very subjective. I find this in most new vehicles, there is always a few "points" of discussion to be found.
