Meanwhile about a mile away some poor schmo is trying to figure out why his roof has this weird leak…. About the size of a 9mm round . That came from outer space . Sent from my iPhone using GTAMotorcycle.com

    Science news of the day

They are tranquilizing the hippos and doing spay/neutering to try and control population, but with Columbia being so jungle in some areas it’s hard to. I watched a video of how to neuter a hippo , it’s not like a cow . Sent from my iPhone using GTAMotorcycle.com

    Canada Post - Huge losses

Why are the unions fighting automation in the shipping ports ? Auto assembly plants ? A container scanner at Port of Montreal ? Robots don’t pay union dues , and those ungrateful robots don’t stand on picket lines . Sent from my iPhone using GTAMotorcycle.com mobile app

    Does the car you drive...

So much this , when I was late teens and working in an autobody shop , I would paint my cars quite regularly and try custom finishes . Drove my girlfriend nuts as cars changed color schemes and styles constantly. Guy that owned the shop gave me run of the place weekends . And I would park MILES...

    Canada Post - Huge losses

I would suspect for many , the flyer serves as a reminder store XX is an option. We use the Swiss chalet coupons , Harvey’s burgers ect . But only when we have a gimme. Grocery fliers help figure out what’s the plan . Things like Leon’s or Brick ect , straight in the bin. I think after a decade...

On a sillier note , did anyone catch JTs 7 min video on how “ we could have done better” on the open door immigration that has lead to further hardships for the people that are already here “ we could have reacted sooner” . 900,000 students coming in…

I suspect in the next few years this will have a profound effect on how we interact with each other. ( not how we interact here) . The greater world we live in . Things like “ we own Canada now” are generally not well received. Sent from my iPhone using GTAMotorcycle.com

Enough of COVID...what are you doing to the house?

I thought I would never be that guy , but I’m getting cameras . A remote gun would be even more handy but we are a little more firm than South Africa about those things . I’ll be doing some homework this week . Funny when a neighbour had a car stolen police didn’t even want to see the existing...

    Does the car you drive...

My car never defined who I was , but life is too short to drive a crappy car ( if you have an option and won’t be car poor, cause that’s stupid) . I read where multi millionaires drive Buick LaSalle’s and live austere lifestyles . Ok , but if a Ferrari was in my budget , game on. Sent from my...

Enough of COVID...what are you doing to the house?

For anybody looking at CP24 news today, the targeted hit today in Oakville west was the house across the street from me , Eric , 30yrs old , 2 yr old kid at home, was shot in the face on his porch . He survived, will need some surgeries, but I think I’d like some cameras . Police kept asking if...

Enough of COVID...what are you doing to the house?

I think if was going to paint it I would likely use poplar . It’s a soft hardwood and paints very well and it’s easy to work . For a stained finish it becomes very personal and needs to match your decor . I’m using a lot of white oak right now because it’s my favourite and it’s nice imo, but...
