Hit's all the marks for what I want...
Yeah my son started on dirt bikes at MotoPort when he was 14. Everyone should ride dirt when they start. Kenz was a rather timid lad ...Type one diabetic. The change in confidence over that first year of riding was astonishing....worth the long hours driving him to Chatsworth and back.
One note...
I do too but this was irresistible ...gave me more funds for a bike.
I've even considered this

But I'm not sure...

The attraction on the Vstrom is the seating and the off pavement ability.
Power is about the same as the CB300...
on a whim I listed the MT at $5150 and have a deposit in hand for $4800. That's a $1600 gain. Always the salesman.
Now there is the same bike with 10k km and 2021 for $5k but needs tires...$400. Just serviced. Like the look. Also rego to Jan 2025 which saves $100. Guy is leaving the...
Most of my rides are solo. Longest one was with my son in 2015.

Lots and lots of US rides including 100,000 km on Burgman 650s and maybe the same on Vstrom 650s...most solo. Not much interested in group rides.
One riding...
Longest days
back to back 950 km on the Burgman 650 Exec with the Daylong seat coming down from The James Bay Road
Longest trips
Flew the bikes to Vancouver with my son, rode around BC then back through Glacier Nat'l Park, Yellowstone and home...would have to map distance
Then similar trip but...
Always thought the Ford Transit would be a winner....this should be insanely popular.

No excuses...decent if short sleep, no wind and decent temps. Will wear regular jacket at just 24 right now. Only protein for breakfast. Downside of being up early ( 6.30 am ) is no destination is open  . I suppose Hastie Swamp is a good idea. Think I can fit the big lens in the...
When the microwave oven inventor visited Asia intending to sell completed units he quickly realized America could not compete...instead he sold the rights to the technology AND acquired the rights to the North American market for the built units.
China dominates solar panel production...so what.

Bag two ....a problem with the gearing on the pump...three out of four worked fine...the fourth just not would work smoothly despite a couple of rebuilds....not sure if it matters.
The part with the elastics used as pulleys just above the Toyota logo.
There are four separate rotating mechanism...
I recall marvelling over one at The Forks and that Honda has the resources to move way out on the design and engineering edge. What's going on with the front fork ...looks like the old Dream design.
