She's studying dentistry in Buffalo, and on her way back to Toronto today, she got her first ticket, caught speeding 137 in a 100 near Niagara-on-the-lake. If she were to contest the ticket, does she have to dispute it at Niagara-on-the-lake or can she do it in Toronto?
