50/50 leaded solder is fine for an end cap like that, and melts at a much lower temperature than high silver content solder. You can do it with a simple propane torch, rather than having to get a MAP setup.
The problem with that is finding tin foil. Even if you google it, you'll come up with aluminum foil. Tin foil is hard to find. Luckily, aluminum foil works just fine.
Wingboy, I sort of agree with Baggsy. If you're not planning on using it, and are planning on staying in the house for a long time, tear it down and fix it properly. If you want you could put in a small exhaust suitable for a pellet stove.
John. $1500 sounds good all in. My concern is...
Did a big pad at Mark's last year that almost killed me. And that had the truck able to pull right up to it. Of course, that might have been the problem as he was able to dump faster than we were able to spread and screed. I'll drop by sometime and have a look. Might be an easier solution.
I agree with GG. Maybe a bit bigger, but slope it so it doesn't create a pool under the shed. You're probably talking about 1.5 yds of concrete for a 6" slab. You can wheelbarrow it from the side, as close as the truck can get. If you want a boom truck, that starts around $1000. You can buy...
Yeah, good selection over there. Stopped at a place in a little ******** of a town a few years ago and they must have had a thousand choices from around the world. L
This is a tracked vehicle, and it has steering bands on each drive sprocket. I suspect one set of bands has either worn out, or gotten contaminated with hydraulic oil. I've watched videos of how to change them, but it takes heavier duty equipment than what I have at home. Also probably would...
Yeah. I used it a while ago, but the steering is facked. Only turns to the right. To turn left, you have to reverse and turn right. A bit of a pain, Probably $$$ to fix, and for the amount I use it, I can wait.
Yeah, I was absolutely joking. My bucket is 1.5 feet wide as well. It would cost way more to transport the 7.5 ton beast, and do way more damage than it was worth for a "free" unit.
Hey John. You pay to float the thing to your place and you can borrow my JD350B with hoe to trench it. You might need to take down a wall or two to get it in the backyard, but that's the price you pay for free equipment. L
I got lucky and only had to do arc fault for bedrooms when I built my house. I used a pile of those half size breakers. They changed the code a bit later. My panel is huge though, probably twice the number of circuits as yours. I like your diagram. Mine is just the boxes. yours makes...
Yes, good service definitely garners repeat business, or at least good word of mouth. I dropped my Shark Evoline helmet on the chin-bar and the small triangular piece with the vent cracked. I could patch it and glue it back on, but it wouldn't function if I did that. I sent an e-mail...
