A few years ago I bought my 2008 zx6r for $5,000. Different bike, would have been newer at the time and mine had around 5,000km (original tires).
I do think they only devalue so much though.
Lol. I just got a letter saying Aviva will drop me as of September. I'm going to try shopping around before I call and complain again. They said I needed to have 6yrs experience, and I've only been licensed for 4 yrs.
Interesting thread. Last year Aviva tried to terminate my bike policy on my zx6r. I'm 44yrs old but only had my bike license for a few years.

Next year I will be moving to a full M. I was curious what sort of rate decrease can I expect? Does a 10% drop sound reasonable?
I know there are many factors that impacts insurance premiums. that is why I am going by percentage.
