If title is in his name, since he paid in full it must be, have him call the cops.... How can they hold his property ? Why would he need any kind of license, or insurance, the bike is his, he paid for it in full, and with cash, there is no money owing, no lean, no nothing, it’s his property...

try the big box stores and look for a hook for like a light/lamp, not sure if those will be strong enough. but it does not seem to be anything specific, seems all you really need is the end to have a hook, you could grind the rod a bit and bend it into a hook as well...

Thanks...... use in car detailing and spot cleaning, mixed 50/50 with water, it cleans beautifully and leaves no residue, streaks, etc, especially on cars that have been ceramic coated, it does not affect the coating. Also great for cleaning your windows at home, especially if you the outside...
