All the insurance company cares about is a record of current consecutive coverage they can call up,
next is your current location and financial status plus the VIN of the vehicle.
Why don't you approach the company that insured you in the USA, you have history with them that will either help...

Well I was in the computer software business and I was in Health Care
and that is exactly how it worked out since the onset of computer technology in the Health Care industry.
The software becomes obsolete faster then the hardware and that is very fast.
Truth is, coming from a foreign country with different road rules, you need the course. Sad that training was not even an option when I took my M test. Insurance was outrageous back then too, it was almost a hundred and fifty dollars.

Too late, it's been attempted tons before, the software becomes obsolete faster then the hardware, but keep up the good work.
