Austin suburbs are cheap (or used to be dunno now). Had a coworker transfer there few years back and buy a 5 acre mansion with a pool bar and everything. Under 600k IIRC. And he was getting more money every paycheck due to lower income taxes.
Only some sellers are aholes and do respond to those letters, sometimes with an even higher amount that you paid. I swear I read a post here too about someone claiming to do just this.
Nope, atleast in ON, the value of the bike is not on the UVIP. Maybe in rare cases ? Cars are a different story however.
My friend just bought a 2017 model 2 months ago, and I checked his UVIP. Same story for my purchase last year and the one 2 years before that.
