Nope, atleast in ON, the value of the bike is not on the UVIP. Maybe in rare cases ? Cars are a different story however. My friend just bought a 2017 model 2 months ago, and I checked his UVIP. Same story for my purchase last year and the one 2 years before that. You can put $1 on the UVIP and...
