    Ultrasonic Cleaner purchase question advice

I've cleaned several sets of carbs using an ultrasonic cleaner. You really need to completely disassemble the carbs to get them clean. When doing the larger pieces you need to roll them get out all the air and have fluid in contact with all of the surfaces.

    MotoGP 2018

As I have said before; Mr. John S. Cruiser (not his real name) suffers from bouts of employment, incarceration, sleep . . . he has a life outside of GTAM. He won't always be available to provide your MotoGP fix. You could try this; https://secure.motogp.com/en/subscribe, I know it works.

Need a garage door opener. Belt, chain or side-mount?

It's a toothed belt, so, no slipping. Good thing too, no more limit switches. The smarts in the drive keep track of the position and you program the open and closed position. I installed a Chamberlain a few years ago. Belt drive. Switching the rollers to urethane with much better bearings...

    track bike brake pads

I have the same bike. The pads you use will depend some on your riding. I was using EBC HH pads and they were great the first year, but I started to get a bit too much transfer and uneven (thumping) brakes. I still use them on my street bike, like them a lot there. I'm using race pads now...

    June 15/16/17 Calabogie w Pro 6!

You would want to be in the Red group. Bikes that pass you on the straight won't hold you up in the corners, and, your corner speed won't be an issue. Your lines will be good and it won't be an issue for a faster bike to get by. I ride towards the top end of Yellow and constantly have the issue...

    LED Headlights H7 8000K

I had a quick look at your link; these lamps are of remarkably poor quality. So many things wrong with them. 1000 lumen output for 35 Watts is very poor performance. Doesn't even match a bargain brand halogen H7. 8000K colour is practically useless. Much of the light is outside our visible...

where are all the end of season track bike deals??

I'm only guessing here, but by looking a few clues; Bike Number, 2018, S1000RR, Colour . . . one of Jordan Szokes's bikes from last year. So, that's what it costs for a top rung bike in CSBK.

    Gearing for Shannonville Pro track

No one is going to be able to give you an exact answer to your question. Too many variables. Bike setup, engine setup, your weight, track day or race, riding style, air temperature . . . This is something you'll probably need to work out for yourself. Pick a starting point, ride, decide if a...

Next stupid question - wiring recessed bolts.

Use a machinist's centre drill to start the holes. You can get quite a steep angle and still start without problems.

    Anybody bored?? (Gear Indicator)

A similar idea to the original. I made up an arm that goes onto the selector shaft behind the shifter. A 1/8" diameter magnet is inserted near the end of the arm. The sensors are mounted to a piece of perf board shaped to fit between the water pump and the front sprocket cover. The perf board...
