I disagree with you, supermoto man. I think the best value for money is Shad. IE cheaper than Givi, with adequate quality but not as good as the Italian brand. If you want the same quality as Givi but similar prices to Shad you can go to Kappa. Which I believe it's Givi's low cost brand...
