YUp. Most certainly he is legit. He is technically a dealer, but mostly deals in insurance auction bikes.
My racebike came from him, crashed, but it even has a clean title so I can put it back on the street if I want to. I saw the bike and thought I should tell you-even the wheels are the right colour.
