Technically my street bike is my track bike, but it spends most of its time in track mode and only goes on the street once a year for Deals Gap. That's it.
I'm not saying I agree, but officially it's not a public health concern. There are no major repercussions from having lice.
I taught at a VERY low income school in the UK and it's just par for the course. You can't even call public health to come in.
Are you really trying to claim that just because someone didn't tell you to NOT dump the coolant on the ground (any ground...pets around or not) that you thought it was okay?

I've been guilty of not turning the lights on when I'm in the truck. My car has automatic lights so I don't even think about it. But, it's never been pitch black, just dusk. And as soon as someone flashed me I realized what I'd done. Creature of habit (for good or bad).
