I walked through a Bay store today. Wasn't thinking about watches and didn't see anything like that. Lots of empty shelves. 15% off was the max throughout. Even at 50% off prices would be too high for me. For example, $100 for a pair of Levis; $129 for a Levis jean jacket. Ouch.
Baltic make really nice watches at really good prices. Polish roots.
Citizen and Timex are making some very nice affordable watches these days, well within your budget.

I have one. I like it. I found that installing the pinlock stresses the visor outward, reducing the friction on the hinge. I put a couple of drops of the included silicone hinge lube into the joints, diligently following the maker's recommendation. That combination made it difficult to keep it...
Started with a Rupp mini bike. Then got a Honda CT70. It was missing the left handlebar but that didn't matter. First full size bike was a new Hodaka Wombat around 1973. It was an amazing bike; "Looks of tin, strength of iron."

Somebody was out riding a little Kawasaki at 3:00 this morning on Stouffville Rd., in a raging snow storm. After smacking it up he left it on the side of the road for the entire day. That's his mirror on the road behind it. My ride is in the background.
