This is not a "whatever, **** happens". To me this is gross negligence-one riders fault 100%. Cost you guys a lot of money and hurt because one damned rider couldn't be bothered to follow the rules the rest of us abide to. Oil or gas can't be helped if a crash occurs but this was 100% preventable.

I know we sign waivers when we cross that gate and that covers most stuff. NO waiver can excuse gross negligence though, and wayyy before 6 crashes later I'd be questioning that. I doubt I would have kept quiet and accepted the "cleaning". Probably would have left also.

Lucky it wasn't a worse outcome. I hope you two heal quick, post up if you need a hand or parts.

Maybe the offending rider had only ridden with RDE, and thought all TMP days were the same. RDE recommends not using a 525 chain, but antifreeze is ok. Lmao.

You were on the Kawi right? I pitted beside you with the black Kawi and my buddy's white r6. I didn't know you high sided. I saw u in the middle of the track a few feet from your bike iirc. Heal up soon.

Also she was drinking all day after she crashed and was riding her friends blue ninja 300 around the pits with no helmet and she managed to scrap the concreate wall and metal rails with the bike. Also her group also had a pit bike that they screwed around on and drove into another racers track bike and knocked it off its stands
